Harriet Pratten is a photographic artist whose work explores the way we see the world. She is drawn to moments where light, atmosphere, colour and space reveal unexpected relationships. By distilling simplicity from complexity, her photographs invite viewers to slow down, look again and discover meaning in what might otherwise be overlooked. Rather than seeking extraordinary subjects, Harriet is interested in revealing the significance that already exists in ordinary moments. Her work is held in private collections and has been exhibited in Sydney and Melbourne.
